Super Lawyers, a Thompson Reuters company, is one of the country’s most prestigious lawyer rating services. Super Lawyers Magazine rates lawyers throughout the country and follows a several-month-long, rigorous selection process. Lawyers recognized as “Super Lawyers” amount to no more than 5 percent of lawyers statewide. The “Rising Star” designation is limited to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers statewide and recognizes outstanding lawyers who are either 40 years old and under or who have practiced for 10 years or less.
