A United States judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by Oregon promoters against Goldenvoice, ending the year-long battle over the California festival’s radius clause that prevented artists performing at the 125,000-person two-weekend event from playing other festivals for months at a time. Jon Monson Appointed Secretary of Oregon State Bar Legal Ethics Committee

The Oregon State Bar (OSB) Board of Governors recently appointed Cable Huston partner Jon Monson as Secretary for the OSB Legal Ethics Committee.   The Legal Ethics Committee is the body charged with drafting formal legal ethics opinions for Oregon lawyers and recommending changes to the Oregon Rules of Professional Conduct.  Jon has served as a member of the Legal Ethics Committee since 2015.
