Jon Monson Appointed by Oregon State Bar as Arbitrator for Fee Dispute Resolution Program

The Oregon State Bar (OSB) recently appointed Cable Huston partner Jon Monson as an arbitrator for the OSB Fee Dispute Resolution Program.  The Fee Dispute Resolution Program is a bar-sponsored program established to resolve fee disputes between Oregon attorneys and clients, between Oregon clients and out-of-state attorneys, and between Oregon attorneys.
