Cable Huston Welcomes New Associate Brian Epley

Cable Huston is pleased to welcome Brian Epley to the firm as an associate.  Brian joins our litigation group and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate litigation and environmental litigation.  He also counsels clients on risk management strategies to avoid litigation.  Brian has experience handling all aspects of litigation proceedings from inception to resolution, including requests for injunctive relief, motions practice, discovery, depositions, trial, and appeal.
