Cable Huston Elects Brian Epley and Douglas Kincaid to Partner

Cable Huston is pleased to announce that Brian Epley and Douglas Kincaid have been named partners in the firm effective January 1, 2023.

Brian is a strategic thinker focused on achieving the best resolution for clients navigating complex litigation.  As a litigator, Brian represents clients in various forms of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and environmental litigation.  He also counsels clients on risk management strategies to avoid litigation.  

Douglas joined Cable Huston as an associate in 2016 and works in the firm’s litigation, energy, public utility and environmental practice groups.  He has substantial experience in legal research and writing, including drafting pleadings, briefs, demand letters and memoranda.  He also has extensive experience in electronic discovery.
