Professional Experience

Nikki Abercrombie is a partner in the firm’s litigation group with a focus on civil and commercial litigation, appeals, and internal investigations.  She is licensed in Oregon and Washington and practices in both state and federal courts.  Nikki was a summer associate with Cable Huston LLP in 2013, joined the firm as an associate in 2014, and became a partner in 2022.  She also serves as a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Nikki represents individuals, public and private companies, and governmental/quasi-governmental entities in all aspects of state and federal civil litigation. She has substantial experience in jury trials, motions practice, and hearings in both state and federal court.  Nikki also has broad experience in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and corporate internal investigations.  Nikki has extensive experience managing complex cases, including matters with complex discovery issues and high-volume electronic discovery collection and review.

Nikki’s appellate practice experience includes drafting briefs and assisting in preparation for oral argument in the Oregon Court of Appeals, Oregon Supreme Court, and Ninth Circuit.  She has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
