Professional Experience
Elise is a member of the firm’s Municipal and Energy groups and joined the firm as an associate in 2024.
A graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, Elise served as an Associate Editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review and taught Property Law as a Teaching Fellow. While in law school, she gained experience in renewable energy development as an extern for the Office of the General Counsel at Avangrid Renewables and honed her legal research and policy analysis skills as a law clerk for Renewable Northwest. In those roles, Elise worked on a wide variety of matters, including power contracts, land use disputes, and energy regulatory issues in the Northwest.
Professional Activities
Elise is a member of the Oregon Bar Association and the Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE). She also serves on the Board of the Oregon Women Lawyers Queen’s Bench.

Outside of work, you can find Elise running or biking along the Willamette, catching a concert with friends, or cozying up with a good book.
