Cable Huston is pleased to announce that Joe Tripi has joined the firm as of counsel. Mr. Tripi brings to the firm over 17 years of legal experience. He has developed unique knowledge in construction liens for design professionals and general contractors on abandoned projects. Mr. Tripi also has experience in business litigation, construction transaction and litigation, contract disputes, corporate formation and governance, creditors rights/foreclosures, guardianships and conservatorships, lien and bond claims, non compete agreements and trade secret litigation, real estate transactions and disputes, and secured lending.
