Professional Experience

Abigail is a member of Cable Huston’s employment and litigation groups and joined the firm as an associate in 2025. She represents private, governmental, and quasi-governmental entities before administrative bodies and in state and federal court.

Abigail’s litigation practice covers a wide variety of practice areas, including employment disputes, breach of contract, and class actions.

Before joining the firm, Abigail practiced employment and general liability law in the Portland metropolitan area. She also served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Oregon Department of Justice in the Special Litigation Unit of the Trial Division and the Child Advocacy Section. Previously, she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Michael J. McShane at the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.

Professional Activities

Abigail is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Multnomah Bar Association, and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.

During her free time, Abigail enjoys traveling, doing yoga, seeing live music, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her dog, Pepper.
