Professional Experience

Bill Lehman focuses his practice mainly on complex commercial litigation and telecommunications law. He has represented clients in litigation matters involving commercial and municipal contracts, business torts, and technology disputes.

Mr. Lehman has significant experience with all phases of the litigation process in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitrations and mediations.

Previous Experience

Before joining the firm, Mr. Lehman served as a senior attorney for MCI Communications in New York City. He represented the company’s interests in arbitration and administrative litigation proceedings on various telecommunications-related issues.

Mr. Lehman also worked for Bingham McCutchen, LLP in New York City as a commercial litigation associate. While there, he focused his practice on complex litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and municipal contracts and business tort disputes.
