Professional Experience

Robin Seifried assists clients on numerous hazardous waste and environmental investigation and cleanup issues.  This includes hazardous waste storage, transportation and disposal and contribution liability issues at the Portland Harbor Superfund Site.  Ms. Seifried also evaluates environmental liability associated with power generation projects and participating in hydroelectric project relicensing proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Oregon Public Utility Commission.

Previous Experience

While in law school, Ms. Seifried interned with the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General and the Conservation Law Foundation in Boston, researching issues in environmental and water law.  Ms. Seifried worked as an environmental consultant before entering law school.
