Professional Experience
Before joining the firm, Ms. Scott worked for O'Melveny & Myers, LLP in Los Angeles as a litigation associate. While there, she focused her practice on complex litigation, with emphasis on environmental matters, business torts, and corporate governance disputes. Ms. Scott also served as judicial clerk for the Honorable Alfred T. Goodwin with the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and as a law clerk in the Appeals Division of the Oregon Department of Justice.
